Nineteen attorneys from the northern New England law firm Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC have been selected by peer-review for inclusion in the 2017 ranking of Best Lawyers in America ©. Two DRM attorneys have also been named Lawyers of the Year in their respective practices in selected market areas. The results are based on client, lawyer and law firm surveys conducted by Best Lawyers beginning in January of this year.

Vermont Works for Women names Wendy Rice as Executive Director
The Board of Directors has named Wendy Rice, of Burlington, as executive director of Vermont Works for Women (VWW), effective August 1st. Rice will provide strategic leadership and management of the nonprofit organization celebrating its 30th anniversary in 2017, which helps women and girls recognize their potential and explore, pursue, and excel in work that leads to economic independence.
PT360 expands with Sports Physical Therapist
PT360 has a new employee at their employee-owned physical therapy practices. Amy Sheridan, DPT, graduated from Northeastern University in 2006 with a master’s in physical therapy and has been practicing for over 10 years in Boston, Qatar, and United Arab Emirates. She is a board-certified sports physical therapist and a certified strength and conditioning specialist. Amy lives in South Burlington and recently completed her clinical doctorate in physical therapy from Northeastern University.
