Mary’s practice will focus on state and local tax, energy and other regulated industries, administrative practice and public policy. Mary has extensive experience in state and local matters, as well as utility regulation, commercial contracts, lender liability, bankruptcy, and securities.

Erin Odell, a second-generation principal at the Odell Insurance Agency in Bradford, was elected president of the Vermont Insurance Agents Association (VIAA) during its recent 111th annual convention at the Hilton Burlington. For the past year, Odell was vice president of the association. She also serves the insurance community as a member of the AIPSO Vermont Board of Governors and the Agency Council on Technology Committee and Task Forces.

Community Bank NA is pleased to announce that Michael Breen has been promoted to team leader, commercial banking in South Burlington. In his new role, Breen will be responsible for leading a group of commercial bankers in the northern Vermont market. In addition, he will manage new business with present and prospective customers, as well as maintain current customer relationships.

Meg Gallup has joined Davis & Hodgdon Associates CPAs as the Client Relations Assistant for the firm’s Williston office. Meg is a graduate of the University of Vermont where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences. Meg joins the firm with several years of customer service and administrative experience. She will be operating from the firm’s Williston location and assisting the firm’s clients throughout Vermont. She currently resides in Milton.
