The local solar development, engineering, and construction firm heads into the new year with new employees and new promotions at both their Rutland and White River Junction offices. groSolar recently welcomed Kyle Deming as an Operations and Maintenance Service Technician, Scott Hesser as a Real Estate and Development Counsel, and Catherine Pelton as an Accounting Controller who are both based in groSolar'.

Ahern joins Vermont Futures Project

The Vermont Futures Project has selected Chad T Ahern to join the organization in January to further its educational, outreach, and research efforts. Ahern comes with a wealth of experience in program development, organizational outreach, and fundraising from his work in higher education. Most recently, Ahern spent the last seven years redefining Saint Michael’s College’s donor relations program, coordinating efforts to thank and recognize donors and volunteers for their unique contributions.

Green Mountain United Way promotes Kelty

Green Mountain United Way is pleased to announce a new addition to its Working Bridges Program Staff. Laurie Kelty has been Executive Administrative Assistant with Green Mountain United Way since 2011 and in December was promoted to the role of Resource Coordinator for the organizations Working Bridges Program. Working Bridges is an employee-service and workforce development program offered to business partners in the Green Mountain United Way service area covering the Northeast Kingdom and Central Vermont.
