NPI Technology Management announces that Ellen Lambert has joined the company. As a member of the Canopy Team, she provides IT support to our clients. She comes to NPI with seven years of experience in Electronic Health Records (EHR) support and design as well as general technical assistance at a large healthcare organization. “Ellen’s experience with supporting end users and software application management makes her a great addition to the team,” says CEO Eric Hart. Ellen lives in Burlington and is an avid volleyball player.

UVM president Sullivan to be honored by Vermont Council on World Affairs
University of Vermont president Tom Sullivan will be the 2019 annual honoree of the Vermont Council of World Affairs. Sullivan will be honored at the organization’s 2019 annual dinner on June 13. According to the organization, Sullivan is being recognized for his academic work, including his many published scholarly articles, a number of which address international themes; his years of service at UVM; and his commitment to supporting international education and cultural exchange.
Segura joins Marlboro as Director of Alumni Engagement
When Maia Segura ’91 completed her Plan in international studies, political science, and sociology, focusing on the environmental movement in Tasmania, she could never have predicted the string of jobs that would one day bring her back to Marlboro College. Following on a dynamic career in the creative economy, ranging from Los Angeles to Seattle, Maia has now joined Marlboro as the new director of alumni engagement.

CCV student receives $2,500 medical assisting scholarship
Community College of Vermont (CCV) student Sandy Sherman received a $2,500 medical assisting scholarship from the Brattleboro Rotary Club Gateway Foundation at a February 7th award ceremony at CCV’s Brattleboro academic center. Sherman is the fifth recipient of the Jesse M Corum IV Scholarship.
Dellipriscoli joins the AHA’s Small or Rural Hospital Council

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Vermont (BCBSVT) held its annual Employee Recognition event in January to honor individuals for outstanding service to their workplace, fellow employees and home communities. Don George, president and CEO of BCBSVT, announced the honorees for 2018 at a gathering of BCBSVT’s employees at the Berlin headquarters.
