Laura Newell, the VP of Medical Practices at Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital (NVRH), graduated from the Snelling Center for Government’s Vermont Leadership Institute (VLI) this month. VLI aims to promote engagement with public service by providing the tools and information necessary for individuals to contribute more substantially to their communities.
