Epstein appointed to school construction advisory board
David Epstein, principal and education studio leader at TruexCullins, has been appointed to the State Aid for School Construction Advisory Board by the Vermont Legislature’s Committee on Committees.
This newly formed board, established under Act 73, is tasked with guiding the Vermont Agency of Education in implementing the State Aid for School Construction Program. The board will help shape statewide priorities, develop criteria for project approval and make recommendations for funding and project selection.

Amanda Cote accepts office supervisor role at CNB
Community National Bank has announced the promotion of Amanda Cote to supervisor of the institution's Troy office. She brings more than 15 years of general management experience to her new position.
Cote joined CNB in April 2024 as teller in the Morrisville office. Prior to that, she was assistant store manager and general store manager at McDonald's in Morrisville Plaza.
Cote has taken Principles of Banking from the Center for Financial Training and Education Alliance and plans to take more courses in the near future.

Gerald Coleman, director of custodial services at the University of Vermont, has been elected to a three-year term on the board of directors at the Greater Burlington YMCA. He will attend his first board meeting Sept. 26.
