The VNA & Hospice of the Southwest Region (VNAHSR) is pleased to announce this year’s Employee of the Year and HEALTH Matters Award Winners. Thirty-eight employees were recognized for years of service including Sharon Davis, Utilization Review Specialist for 35 years of service. Davis was also recognized as the VNAHSR’s Employee of the Year.
UVM's Dupigny-Giroux new president of national state climatology association
University of Vermont Geography professor Lesley-Ann L Dupigny-Giroux, PhD, the Vermont State Climatologist, has been elected to serve a two-year term as the president of the American Association of State Climatologists. The AASC serves the nation by providing timely expertise, outreach and communication about climate and climate-change issues to all members of the public, state agencies, private sector and the federal government.
TCE welcomes Brett McCreary to their team
TCE welcomed Brett McCreary, E.I. to our Engineering Team at TCE earlier this year. Brett was an intern for TCE in 2017 and 2018 and then after graduating from UVM in 2019 worked for EIV Technical Services doing roadway inspection work for the Downtown Waterbury Reconstruction Road Project. Brett lives in Burlington and will be building off of his previous experience in survey, design and construction and taking on new design and engineering challenges. Brett is quickly becoming adept at a variety of engineering and survey tasks and is a valuable member of our team.
