Adam Bunting and Chris Yager, both of Williston, and Erin Regan (pictured), of Hinesburg, have accepted appointments to the Lund Board of Trustees. The agency provides adoption, clinical treatment and parent-child center services to families across the state.

The University of Vermont has named Dr. Richard L. Page, dean of the school's Larner College of Medicine, as its inaugural chief medical affairs officer. Officials said this new role will help the university strengthen its strategic and material responsiveness to its land-grant mission and the well-being of the state.

Vermont author Ethan Tapper’s bestselling book "How to Love a Forest: The Bittersweet Work of Tending a Changing World" has been named winner of the New England Book Award in nonfiction by the Northeast Independent Booksellers Association.

Brian Sullivan, an experienced leader in health care information technology for nearly three decades, has joined Howard Center in Burlington as director of information technology. He succeeds Bob Stetzel, who recently moved into the role of chief administrative officer.

In his new role, Sullivan will direct and oversee the agency's information systems, information technology and data and analytics, including the IT help desk, IT field techs, applications analysts, engineers and programmers.
