The Upper Valley Trails Alliance (UVTA) is pleased to announce that David Bartlett of Norwich, VT has joined the Board of Directors. David Bartlett grew up in Norwich running around the trails of what is now the Milt Frye Nature Area. After attending UVM and Tuck, he spent 20 years in Hong Kong and Indonesia working in special situations debt helping companies raise capital for infrastructure projects. David and his family returned to Norwich in 2017 where they maintain several miles of trails on their property for hiking and skiing.
