Former US Attorney Nolan joins Vermont law firm Sheehey Furlong & Behm

Christina E. Nolan, former United States Attorney and longtime federal and state prosecutor, will join Vermont law firm Sheehey Furlong & Behm P.C., as a shareholder and director. Nolan starts at the firm on April 15th and will focus on complex civil litigation, defense of government enforcement actions, False Claims Act defense and enforcement, white collar and serious felony criminal defense, and internal corporate investigations.

Spruce Peak Arts Center Foundation adds five members to the Board in FY21

As Spring Blooms in 2021, so does Spruce Peak Performing Arts Center’s Board of Directors with the Addition of 5 New Members. At the April 6 meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Spruce Peak Arts Center Foundation, the addition of five new members to the Board in FY21 was announced. Andrew Chmura, Jeff Clarke, Sam Gaines, Dean Goodermote, and Rich Miller will join Board Chair Lisa Hagerty, Dianne Brown (Secretary), Thomas G Cronin (Vice Chair), Kevin D’Arcy, and Barry Pius (Treasurer).

Tobin joins VPR & Vermont PBS as VP of People & Culture

Vermont Public Radio and Vermont PBS have announced the appointment of Fran Tobin as Vice President of People & Culture. Tobin brings to this newly created position more than two decades of experience in human resource management in the private, public and education sectors, including executive level management, strategic program management, training and employee development, and organizational development.
