Rich is a natural leader who brings extensive experience in all aspects of public transportation infrastructure throughout New England. He was heavily involved with national transportation-related issues during his 30-year career at the Vermont Agency of Transportation.

Chuck’s selection as president had the unanimous support of the DuBois & King Board of Directors and leadership around the company. With over 30 years at D&K, Chuck earned his way up the ranks from project engineer to Director of Public Works to Senior Vice President. Chuck has contributed to the long-term vision and culture at D&K through mentorship, technical practice and leadership.
