Neagley & Chase promotes Rob Higgins to company president
Neagley & Chase Construction Co., one of northern New England’s most respected and diverse commercial construction firms, has promoted Vice President Rob Higgins to president after 25 years with the company. He now co-owns the company alongside Andrew Martin.
Known for his collaborative approach and practical problem-solving, Higgins has long served as a trusted project executive and leader in the company’s operational and financial systems. He holds both a bachelor's degree and MBA from Norwich University.

Attorneys Clara Alley, Allison Yum join Dinse
Dinse, a full-service Burlington law firm serving businesses, institutions and individuals, has welcomed attorneys Clara Alley and Allison Yum.
Alley joined the firm’s estate planning department in September. She graduated from Norwich University and earned a law degree, summa cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law. She formerly served as a summer associate at Dinse.
Electrophysiologist Dan Ambrus joins Rutland Heart Center
Dr. Dan Ambrus has joined the Rutland Heart Center, bringing new electrophysiology services to the Rutland region. As an electrophysiologist, Ambrus can diagnose and treat disorders of the heart’s electrical system.
In his new role, he will diagnose, treat and supervise complex arrhythmia cases. He will also implant pacemakers and defibrillators and perform the generator changes for these devices.
Downs Rachlin Martin welcomes three new associates
Attorneys Lindsey Bryant, Elizabeth Frye and Sean M. Davis have joined the northern New England law firm Downs Rachlin Martin as associates. All three will work out of the firm's Burlington office — Bryant and Frye as part of the litigation team and Davis as part of the business law group.
