Barker appointed chief innovation officer for city of Burlington
Mayor Miro Weinberger announced the appointment of Scot Barker as chief innovation officer for the city of Burlington. Barker, who currently serves as manager of support services at NorthCountry Federal Credit Union, brings more than 25 years of management and information technology experience to his new role. He will begin work March 7 if confirmed by the City Council.
