Encore Renewable Energy, a full-service community-scale renewable energy development company based in Burlington, announced new leadership of its project development team. Ralph Meima joined the company as vice president of project development, and Jake Clark was promoted from project developer to vice president of project development. Together, they will support the development of over 80 megawatts of solar and energy storage assets over the next year as Encore expands its geographic reach outside of the Northeast.

Southwestern Vermont Medical Center recently welcomed physician assistant Lauren Gelzinis to SVMC ExpressCare and Dartmouth-Hitchcock Putnam Physicians.

Gelzinis is a graduate of Florida State University and holds a Master of Medical Science from the University of Florida and a master's in physician assistant studies from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. She is certified by the National Committee on Certification of Physician Assistants.
