Eric Hauser, director of finance and operations at the energy engineering consulting firm Cx Associates, has been promoted to chief finance and people officer.

Hauser joined Cx Associates in 2009 as operations manager and earned his first promotion in 2020. Prior to that, he served for nearly a decade in the nonprofit sector at several organizations in the Washington, DC, and New York City areas. He is a graduate of Emerson College in Boston.

Geri Reilly Real Estate has hired Reilly Simoneau, former talent acquisition operations specialist at the pharmaceutical manufacturer Takeda, as its new marketing coordinator. After graduating from the University of Vermont, Simoneau moved to Boston, where she spent six years working in both the nonprofit sector and the corporate world. Now, back in Vermont, she is eager to translate her learned skills to join her family and the remainder of the Geri Reilly Real Estate team.

Ric Cengeri, former host of the WDEV Radio talk show "Vermont Viewpoint," has been named communications and outreach specialist at HomeShare Vermont in South Burlington. In his new role, Cengeri will be responsible for providing information about and sharing the story of HomeShare Vermont and its programs and activities to the media and the public. In addition, he’ll coordinate the annual outcomes surveys and interviews with matched participants.

Vermont Federal Credit Union has promoted Tim Daniska from director of credit and loan production to the newly created role of chief lending officer. Prior to joining Vermont Federal six years ago, Daniska was a product manager at GTE Financial in Tampa, FL. He is a 2011 graduate of the University of Vermont.
