Madeline Motta appointed to Vermont Commission on Women

Madeline M. Motta, assistant judge at the Superior Court of Lamoille County, has been appointed to the Vermont Commission on Women, the state’s nonpartisan commission working to advance rights and opportunities for cisgender and transgender women and girls and gender-expansive people in Vermont.

Since 2020, Motta has also served as a United Nations observer for the U.S. National League of Women Voters, where she plans policy seminars at the U.N.’s Commission on the Status of Women, an annual international conference.
