Hudson-Knapp promoted to director position at Community Health

Community Health in Rutland, Vermont's largest federally qualified health center, has promoted registered nurse Moses Hudson-Knapp to director of population health and quality. A graduate of Castleton University, Hudson-Knapp has served as the center's nurse clinical leader and clinical project coordinator for the past seven years.
