Costume Contest
It's officially time to blow the dust off of the dirndl in your closet! The Von Trapp Costume Contest brings out some of the best outfits this side of the Atlantic.
The stakes have never been higher, as we will select one winner from each session and they will receive a two night stay at Von Trapp Lodge in Stowe, Vt.
Don't fret if you don't have a dirndl. There are plenty of other ways to get festive, as well!
Live Bands & DJs
We are so lucky to have four of Vermont's best bands take part in Oktoberfest this year. In addition, we have Albert Joy setting the tone with his accordion all night long!
On Friday, we have Vermont's only German Polka band, the Inseldudler's and then letting Al's Pals & Josh Panda take over!
On Saturday, we have DJ Local Dork kicking things off, followed by Vermont's favorite surf rock band, Barbacoa!
Carnival Games & Prizes
In keeping Oktoberfest Vermont as authentic as possible, we have partnered with some amazing companies to bring you competitions & games throughout the weekend. All games are FREE, and many have amazing prizes to win!

Designated Driver tickets will be available by cash purchase at the door. There will be an incredible carnival atmosphere of competitions, prizes, and games, some of the best food options around, NA beverages, live music, and entertainment from the time you walk in. There are lots of ways to enjoy Oktoberfest without drinking!
