The Vermont Pharmacists Association has selected Troy Spaulding RPh of Swanton, VT as the 2021 recipient of the Bowl of Hygeia Award. This prestigious national award is given to one pharmacist in each state for their history of outstanding professionalism and commitment to community service.

Following a nationwide search, CATV is pleased to announce that Samantha Davidson Green will lead the institution as its new Executive Director, taking the reins from former Executive Director Donna Girot who has relocated to California to lead Access Sacramento, the community’s public access station. Green will officially join CATV on April 26, 2021.

Vermont State Auditor Doug Hoffer is pleased to announce the appointment of Tim Ashe as Deputy State Auditor. Ashe takes over from Andrew Stein, who served in the Auditor’s Office for almost five years. Stein is leaving for a position in the Vermont Department of Taxes.

The Vermont Principals’ Association (VPA) has announced Burlington Technical Center’s Jason Gingold as Career Center Director of the Year. This peer-to-peer award is given annually through the VPA as part of Principals and Directors of the Year recognition; Directors from across the state nominate and vote on each year’s winner.
