Gifford Health Care has hired the general-surgery team of Dawn Holman, MD, and her husband, Aleksandr Sokolovsky, DO, who have spent the past 20 years working together in private practice. The pair met in the 1990s while Sokolovsky was attending the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and Holman was a resident.

Patricia Moulton, president of Vermont Technical College, has been appointed executive director of Vermont State Colleges System's newly created workforce development division. Moulton will assume her new role when she transitions out of the Vermont Technical College presidency in July.

Nathaniel Mathes, chief financial officer and finance director at Bolton Valley Resort, has been promoted to vice president and chief operating officer of the four-season alpine destination, effective immediately.

Paul Cillo, founding executive director and president of the Public Assets Institute, will step down from his post at the end of 2022, the organization’s board of directors announced. Cillo has led the think tank, which focuses on advancing racial, social and economic justice, for 19 years.
