Vermont State Treasurer Jeb Spaulding has named Stephen Wisloski to the position of Director of Investment and Debt Management. Wisloski brings more than 12 years of broad-based municipal finance experience to the job. He is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and of Essex High School. He recently relocated to Vermont.

Stowe Area Association has elected Chuck Baraw, owner of the Stoweflake Mountain Resort and Spa, as the Stowe Area Association President. While on summer vacation from his studies pursuing a bachelor of science in business administration at the University of Vermont, Baraw worked with a construction crew to build the Stoweflake Inn and Resort.
