Governor Peter Shumlin has appointed Joslyn L. Wilschek of PRIMMER an alternate member of the State of Vermont Environmental Commission for District 5.

Southwestern Vermont Medical Center has announced the appointment of Kelsey Pierce, PA, as a physician assistant in the hospital’s ExpressCare department.

Pierce is a graduate of Tufts University School of Medicine and Boston College, both in Boston. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
