The Automaster appoints new Honda service manager

The Automaster has announced that Todd Maxwell has been appointed as the new service manager for their Honda franchise.

The appointment was born in part from several consecutive years of growth in the Honda service department as The Automaster continues to maintain the largest sales volume among all Honda dealers in the State of Vermont.

“We couldn’t be more thrilled with our decision to appoint Todd as the service manager,” said Dale Fillion, General Manager at The Automaster. “In just a few short weeks, he has already had a dramatic impact on the efficiency of the department. He is extremely focused on the customer, which is what we are all about,” Fillion expanded.

Maxwell comes to The Automaster with an extensive background in customer service, team-building and work-flow management.

“I’ve been in charge of large teams my whole career,” Maxwell stated. “I’m looking forward to making a number of valid changes that will elevate the customer service here at Honda to an even higher level.” Maxwell said.
