DuBois & King announces that Steve Dumas, PE, CxA, CPMP, LEED AP, has achieved certification as a Commissioning Authority (CxA). The CxA is ANSI-accredited and recognized by the Department of Energy’s Better Buildings program and certifies professionals who manage and implement commissioning processes in new and existing buildings.

Jason Stockwell, an associate professor in the University of Vermont’s Rubenstein School of Environment and Natural Resources and director of the Rubenstein Ecosystem Science Laboratory, has received a Fulbright US Scholar Program award to France to study the impact of storms on lake systems around the world.
