Chrispin White has been named as the Director of Student Success at College of St. Joseph. White joins CSJ from Castleton University, where he served as Director of Community Engagement for over 19 years.

Adam Longworth and Lorien Wroten are the new Executive Chef and General Manager, respectively, at The Pitcher Inn in Warren, Vermont. Most recently the two owned and operated The Common Man Restaurant, also in Warren. Inn owner Maggie Smith says that this is a significant milestone for the inn that has hosted travelers since the 19th century.

Timothy P Collins, Regional Vice President and a Senior Commercial Lender at The Bank of Bennington, recently reminisced about the remarkable changes in banking in Vermont over the past 40 years. The biggest shift, he feels, took place when interstate banking regulations opened up Vermont and allowed banks from “outside” to operate in the state.

Shelby Cushing, of Fletcher, has been named the new Operations Manager for the Cancer Patient Support Foundation (CPSF). The foundation has been providing services and support to cancer patients and their families in Vermont and Northern New York for over 18 years.

Two new providers, Victoria Edwards, DO, and Rafael Montecino, MD, joined Gifford Health Care in mid-August, strengthening the Gifford general surgery team to meet the needs of central Vermont patients.

Ski Vermont has announced the hiring of Adam White as its Director of Communications, bringing a new voice to the nonprofit organization that represents 50 alpine and cross-country areas across the state. White spent the past 12 years covering skiing and snowboarding in Vermont for local and national newspapers, magazines and online publications.

Longtime Vermont State Police member Jean-Paul (JP) Sinclair, who first joined the agency in 1987 and in the decades since has investigated some of the state’s highest profile criminal cases, will retire next month following 31 years of service to Vermonters.

VHB welcomes former Co-op, Cierra Ford, back to the South Burlington, Vermont office as a Transportation Designer after completing her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI). She will be working with the transportation engineering group supporting structures and land development projects.
