White joins CSJ as Director of Student Success

Chrispin White has been named as the Director of Student Success at College of St. Joseph. White joins CSJ from Castleton University, where he served as Director of Community Engagement for over 19 years.

White will head up the Office of Student Success, which supports undergraduate and graduate engagement through a range of resources, including personalized learning plans, retention services, mentoring, tutoring, workshops and more. CSJ’s Office of Student Success is part of the Framework for College Completion Initiative, supported by a US Department of Education Title III grant.

White is a graduate of Castleton University, where he earned a BS in Business Management and Marketing.

CSJ President Jennifer Scott also announced the following appointments:

Paul Kafer has been named as Education Division Chair;

Matt Birmingham has been named as Criminal Justice Division Chair;

Lara Bowers has been named Arts & Sciences Division Chair;

Melissa Knipes has been named Licensing/Placement Consultant for the Education Division;

Jennifer Arnado has been named Assistant Director of Development & Special Events Coordinator;

Kim Rupe has been named Director of Community Engagement & Alumni Relations;

Melissa Stevens has been named Grants Manager, Grantwriter for Development;

Bob Wubbenhorst has taken the helm as Director of Admissions and Campus Safety & Security Coordinator;

Teresa Miele (HR Acquired) is serving as Human Resources Consultant.
