Uli Schygulla, Director of Howard Center’s ACT 1/Bridge program, was recently honored with a 2018 Intensive Care Services Community Partner Award from Washington County Mental Health Services. The award recognized the ACT 1 staff for the training and technical support they provided as the Washington County organization planned for adding alcohol detox services to an existing program.
