The 4-hour comprehensive exam tests the in-depth knowledge of National and Vermont real estate law. Brendan Kinney has been named Vice President for Development and Marketing for Vermont Public Radio. Kinney will oversee all of VPR's fundraising efforts, including major and planned giving, membership, underwriting, foundation grants, and capital campaigns. He'll also be responsible for crafting a strategy to reach new listeners. Kinney joined VPR last month.

Outright Vermont is exited to announce Melissa Murray as the organization's new Executive Director.Murray will start on March 15th, succeeding Christopher Neff, who stepped down in December. Founded in 1989, Outright Vermont is the state's LGBTQ queer youth center and statewide advocacy organization.
