Norwich University has appointed alumni David Brigham and Jeffrey Harrington to co-direct the school's Center for Leadership, designed to prepare and educate future leaders. Harrington has also been named professor of practice by the Norwich School of Criminology and Criminal Justice.

The Vermont Long-Term Disaster Recovery Group, a nonprofit organization that oversees the Vermont Disaster Recovery Fund and helps to coordinate disaster relief in the state, has elected Chris Graff as chair, Patti Komline as vice chair and four other new members to its board.
