Vermont career technical education (CTE) students claimed seven national medals, scholarships and a Harley Davidson Motorcycle at a national conference for skills and leadership.

The Vermont Retail and Grocers Association’s Board of Directors have named Erin Sigrist as President-Elect of the state-wide advocacy group. Sigrist, who joined the association in June 2015 as vice president, will succeed Jim Harrison, when he steps down at the end of 2016.

Christine Miller has joined Comcast Spotlight as the Director of Sales for Vermont. In her new role Christine will oversee all lines of Comcast Spotlight advertising, including local, regional and national sales. Prior to joining Comcast, Christine ran Miller Sales Consulting and was the Sales Director for 95 Triple X and WVMT radio stations.
