Gifford Health Care recently welcomed Brigid Meehan-Brese to its team of primary-care providers. Meehan-Brese, who comes to Gifford after spending nearly four years at Springfield Hospital in Vermont, will be seeing patients at Gifford’s Rochester Health Center.
