NuHarbor Security, a national cybersecurity services firm based in Colchester, has promoted Vice President Mark Fleeman to president and hired Nathan Mapp as vice president of sales.

Fleeman joined NuHarbor in April to lead the company’s growing investment in marketing, sales and client success. As president, he will lead all business operations and ensure smooth execution across all departments.

The Burlington-based law firm Downs Rachlin Martin has elected attorney William J. Dodge as managing partner and CEO. Dodge then appointed Timothy E. Copeland Jr., a labor and employment attorney with the firm, to succeed him as deputy managing partner.
