The Burlington law firm Dinse recently announced that Nick Erly has joined the firm's business practice group as an associate attorney.

In his new role, Erly provides support and counseling in a variety of areas, including mergers and acquisitions; corporate governance; debt and equity financing; and commercial transactions.

Emily Bratt, former associate with the Washington, D.C.-based law firm Weiner Brodsky Kider, has joined Paul Frank + Collins in Burlington as an associate attorney with the firm's captive insurance and business and transactions teams.

Bratt is a graduate of Baylor University in Waco, Texas, and holds a law degree from the Gould School of Law at the University of Southern California.
