David Nichols has over 24 years experience satisfying customers in the HVACR service industry. Nichols was self-employed as a HVACR Management and Operations consultant (DN Consulting, LLC) for three years and prior to that was Vice President of Climate Systems.

Prior to that, Ms. Clark clerked for two years in Maine for the Cumberland and Kennebec County Superior Courts.

Hanlon-Druyff brings more than 15 years of experience to her position at KSV. Prior to KSV, she worked in the Boston area as vice president at Mullen. She also served in senior client service positions at Digitas and Modern Media where she excelled at building strong relationships with clients including General Motors, John Hancock, Eddie Bauer, and Gillette.

Executive Director Sarah Carpenter announced Robin Howe of Colchester has joined Vermont Housing Finance Agency (VHFA) as Multifamily Operations Specialist.
Howe ensures data integrity of the multifamily core software applications and provides administrative support to the VHFA Multifamily Management and Development departments. She also maintains the Directory of Affordable Rental Housing (www.housingdata.org/doarh) and required documentation related to VHFA's multifamily portfolio.
BioTek welcomes new product specialist to cover expanding Brazilian market
BioTek Instruments, Inc., welcomes Marcus Stolarski to the company as Product Specialist. Marcus is responsible for supporting BioTek’s distribution network and customers in Brazil. Prior to joining the company, Marcus worked for Brazilian distributor Biosystems, and received a degree in biological sciences from the Federal University of Parana.
Vermont DPS announces new appointments
The Vermont Department of Public Service has announced the appointment of Sarah Hofmann as Deputy Commissioner and James Porter as the Director of Telecommunications. The Department serves as the ratepayer advocate for utility matters in energy, telecommunications and water, and also is the lead for the state’s energy policy.
