ARC Mechanical Contractor’s Staff Achieve NATE Certification

ARC is proud to announce the recent first NATE certification of four staff members. In addition, five staff members added specialty certifications to their credentials. This recent round of NATE certifications means ARC has 12 NATE-certified staff members.

Achieved First NATE Certification:

Adam Cate, a N. Sutton, NH resident, achieved a certification in Air-to-Air Heat Pumps, and Air Conditioning.

Kip Gendron, a Corinth, VT resident, achieved a certification in Gas Hydronics.

TruexCullins Architecture and Interior Design hires new employee

TruexCullins Architecture and Interior Design has recently hired Daniel Goltzman, AIA, as a project architect for TruexCullins’ Resort and Workplace studios. Goltzman is a LEED accredited professional. Originally from Montreal, Canada, Goltzman holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of British Columbia and a Masters in Architecture from Dalhousie University. Goltzman has worked at Flank, Architect and Developer, in New York City and is coming from Matthew Stais Architects in Breckenridge, CO.

Vermont Department of Public Service Names Asa S. Hopkins 
Director of Energy Policy and Planning

The Vermont Department of Public Service (DPS) has named Asa S. Hopkins, Ph.D., as the new Director of Energy Policy and Planning. Dr. Hopkins will lead the Department’s policy and planning division, which serves as Vermont’s State Energy Office. In conjunction with the Commissioner of Public Service, the Governor’s office, the Legislature, and other energy stakeholders, Dr. Hopkins will develop and implement statewide energy policy, including energy efficiency and demand resource management programs, renewable energy policy, and electric utility planning.
