Karen Bradley, MD, FACOG joins CMC/DHK Department of Obstetrics/Gynecology

Cheshire Medical Center/Dartmouth-Hitchcock Keene (CMC/DHK) welcomes Karen Bradley, MD, FACOG to the Department of Obstetrics/Gynecology (OB/GYN). With the focus on overall wellness for women, Dr. Bradley’s clinical interests and expertise include specialized areas of gynecology and obstetrics for women from adolescence through adulthood. She assists patients with general OB/GYN exams, infertility evaluation and treatment, menopause management and post-menopausal care. In addition, she offers comprehensive obstetric care.

St Michael’s hires experienced student-life professional as Vice President for Student Affairs

Saint Michael’s College named Dawn Ellinwood, formerly Dean of Students at Hampshire College, as Vice President for Student Affairs. She began July 23rd at Saint Michael’s, a liberal arts Catholic college located in Burlington, Vt., one of the top-10 college towns in the country.

“My passion is the student experience,” Dr. Ellinwood said. “I was attracted to Saint Michael’s, although I was not looking for a job, because of the way this college interacts with students, the way Saint Michael’s speaks of students—this opening turned my head.”

Health care thought leaders Cortese and Landy appointed to Dartmouth-Hitchcock Board of Trustees

Dr. Denis Cortese, CEO emeritus of Mayo Clinic, and Laura Landy, president and CEO of the Fannie E. Rippel Foundation, have been appointed to the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Board of Trustees, Board Chair Wayne Granquist has announced.

“These are transformational times in health care and Dartmouth-Hitchcock is at the forefront of much of the change,” said Granquist. “The broad knowledge and experience that Denis and Laura bring to the Board will be invaluable as we consider the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.”
