National Life Group has announced the promotion of Frank Lucia to general agent of its Baltimore Agency, Worthington Financial Partners, beginning Jan 1.

Lucia have served in leadership roles with National Life for the past 19 years, most recently as regional vice president of affiliated distribution. He is a graduate of Rutgers University and holds a master's degree in strategic leadership and planning from Neumann College in Aston, Pennsylvania.

The Burlington School District has elevated Sabrina Westdijk and John Oliver to principal of Burlington High School and Edmunds Elementary School, respectively. Both had been serving in interim roles at their schools.

The Green Mountain Care Board, an independent board responsible for controlling the rate of health care costs while improving the health of Vermonters, has promoted Kristen LaJeunesse to communication and information officer and hired Abby Parker as board administrator and communication specialist.
