Birkmeyer becomes Exec VP for Enterprise Support Services across the Dartmouth-Hitchcock health system

John D. Birkmeyer, MD, an internationally recognized leader in outcomes research and quality improvement, has been named to the position of Executive Vice President for Enterprise Support Services across the Dartmouth-Hitchcock health system. Amy Cooper named executive director of Healthfirst Inc

Amy Cooper has been named Executive Director of Healthfirst Inc, responsible for over-seeing the network’s Medicare and Commercial ACO programs, as well as other organizational activities. Jenny Kempton Harris is Lyndon State’s New Executive Director of Development and Alumni Affairs

Lyndon State College announced administrative changes in the departments of Alumni Affairs and Institutional Advancement. Jenny Kempton Harris ’79 has been appointed as the new executive director of development and alumni affairs by Lyndon’s President Joe Bertolino. Harris, formerly Lyndon’s director of development, will supervise the day-to-day operations and functions of the institutional advancement office. “She is also the point person for alumni affairs,” said Bertolino.

The Vermont Community Foundation names Martha Trombley Oakes senior philanthropic advisor

The Vermont Community Foundation has announced that Martha Trombley Oakes has been hired as a senior philanthropic advisor.

Trombley Oakes currently serves as the Associate Dean of Institutional Advancement at Vermont Technical College. Prior to joining Vermont Tech, she was the president and CEO of the National Life Group Charitable Foundation and director of corporate and community relations for National Life Group. She also served in the Vermont Secretary of State’s Office under then-Secretary Deb Markowitz and in United States Congressman Thomas Allen’s Washington, DC Office.
