Sarah graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Masters of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Arts degree. She is a member of the American Institution of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Vermont Society of CPAs.
Kevin Henry was appointed as a member of the Federal Criminal Justice Act Defender Services panel for the District of Vermont. As a panel member, Henry is appointed by the Court to represent defendants in criminal cases who are unable to afford counsel. Enacted in 1964, the CJA establishes a comprehensive system for appointing and compensating legal representation for accused persons who are financially unable to retain counsel in federal criminal proceedings.
The Vermont Economic Development Authority (VEDA) is pleased to announce two staff promotions. Long-time Loan Officer Tom Porter has been named Senior Commercial Loan Officer, and Ann Miller has been promoted to Marketing Coordinator. “VEDA is so fortunate to have such talented people on our Staff,” said CEO Jo Bradley. “We are delighted to see Tom and Ann build on their years of professional experience and assume broader responsibilities at the Authority.”

Mr. Ashley has 20 years of professional experience, including site development, brownfield and hazardous site remediation, permitting, and engineering services for roadways, slope stability, stormwater, and water/sewer projects throughout Vermont and New York. Jon is a resident of Whiting and works out of the out firm’s Randolph office.
Dr. Shon George Michael is joining The University of Vermont Health Network – Central Vermont Medical Center Neurology medical group practice.
He received his MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery), equivalent to an M.D., at St. John’s Medical College in Bangalore, India. The medical college is affiliated with Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in Bangalore. He completed an internship and was a junior resident in the medical intensive care unit at St. John’s Hospital.
