Mt Ascutney Hospital and Health Center (MAHHC) has named Robin Oates, RN, as Employee of the Month for August 2016. Oates is a medical/surgical nurse who has worked at the Hospital since 2014. Colleagues praised her professional expertise, her compassion and her commitment to patient care. According to Oates’ supervisor, Nurse Manager Kim Ambrose, RN, “Robin strives to be an advocate for her patients. She has been the voice during the night to speak for patients who are too tired. Her eyes have been the watchful guards that monitor their well-being while the rest of the world sleeps.

Norwich has named US Marine Colonel Robert C Kuckuk as dean of the College of National Services, which oversees Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) programs at Norwich through the departments of Army Military Science, Aerospace Studies and Naval Science.
