Hainley is first woman to become a CCIM in Vermont

White + Burke is proud to announce that Stephanie T Hainley became a CCIM in October 2016. She is the fourth person and first woman to earn this designation in the State of Vermont. A CCIM is a commercial real estate professional with specific training in financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis, investment analysis, and negotiation. She joins the ranks of nearly 10,000 CCIMs nationally and in over 30 countries worldwide. Stephanie is the Chief Operating Officer and a Senior Project Manager at White + Burke.

Nold joins TD Bank as Commercial Relationship Manager

TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank, has named Rick O Nold as Vice President, Commercial Relationship Manager in Commercial Banking, based in Burlington, Vt. Nold will manage and grow an existing portfolio of commercial relationships, providing the capital needed to help fund growth in addition to a wide range of other lending and deposit services to small and mid-sized companies across Northern Vermont.

TD Bank names Seaver Small Business Relationship Manager

TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank, has promoted David W Seaver to Small Business Relationship Manager in Commercial Banking, based in Burlington, Vt. Seaver will manage and grow an existing commercial portfolio of more than 125 relationships, providing a range of lending and deposit services to small and mid-sized companies across Northern Vermont. His coverage area includes Chittenden, Grand Isle, Franklin, Lamoille, Washington, Caledonia and Orleans.

BMH announces new Chairperson of the Board

Brattleboro Memorial Hospital is pleased to announce that Patricia “Patty” O’Donnell has been elected as Chairperson of the Board of Directors. Ms O’Donnell has served in various capacities on the Board, including several committees such as Quality, Planning, Joint Conference, and Board Executive. She represented the towns of Vernon and Guilford as a State Representative from 1998 to 2010. During that time, she served on both the Appropriations and Human Services Committees where she became well-versed in healthcare issues in Vermont.
