Southwestern Vermont Medical Center (SVMC) Northshire Campus is pleased to welcome M Martha Cornwell-Khan, PA, to the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Putnam Physicians. Cornwell-Khan is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Cornwell-Khan received her master’s degree from the University of New England, Portland, ME, in 2016. She holds a bachelor’s degree in African Development Studies from Wheaton College, Norton, MA.

Christopher Snow, PA-C has joined the staff at Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center (MAHHC) and brings a holistic approach to his practice with an emphasis on patient health and well-being. Chris will be working with the internal medicine team to improve patient access. Chris earned his Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Franklin Pierce College in 2015, and is a 2003 graduate of Keene State College. Most recently, he worked as an inpatient medical provider at The Brattleboro Retreat.
