United Counseling Service (UCS) is pleased to announce the appointment of Lavonne Freeman as the Director of Youth and Family Services. Lavonne will be responsible for the clinical and administrative oversight of the agency’s system of care for children and families. Lavonne has more than twenty years of experience in Social Work and Managed Care and most recently held the position of Director of Clinical Services for Berkshire Farms Center for Youth in Canaan, New York.

Jake Claro has been named the Farm to Plate Director and will be responsible for providing facilitative leadership and strategic coordination for the Farm to Plate Network’s work to implement Vermont’s food system plan.

Citizens Bank today announced the appointment of Jack Murphy as President of Business Banking. Murphy, an industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience, previously served as head of Business Banking Sales. Murphy replaces Chris Ward, who is leaving to pursue another opportunity. Business Banking is the division of Citizens serving businesses with annual revenues of up to $25 million. Murphy will report to Brad Conner, Vice Chairman and Head of Consumer Banking.
