Shane Cahill graduated from the University of Vermont with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He has been with Instrumart since 2005 and was most recently the Vice President of Engineering. Shane has been instrumental in the growth of Instrumart over the last decade; focusing on strategic development as well as leading and developing the Engineering and Sales teams, all while collaborating with other internal departments.
Joe Callahan has been with Instrumart for 15 years, and is an integral member of the Marketing team, working with our advertising portfolio and also specializing in the creation of outbound communications and content.

Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Erica S. Golden Schleif has joined the Behavioral Health team at Gifford Medical Center. Schleif brings to her role more than 10 years of experience as a mental health counselor, both in private practice and as a community-based therapist. She provides clinical support for a range of conditions, including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and postpartum depression.
SeaComm Federal Credit Union has hired Kevin DeCausemacker as its Member Business Loan Officer for the South Burlington location opening in January 2020. Kevin is a native Vermonter, graduating from UVM, and who has been in the credit union industry since 2007. He has worked with the Vermont Economic Development Authority underwriting a wide variety of C&I loans for small businesses across the State of Vermont. His knowledge of business lending and the South Burlington area makes for a positive alignment in future growth opportunities.
