Seamus Collar joins TCE
TCE is pleased to announce the hiring of Seamus Collar who has joined the Field Services Department as a Survey Technician I. Seamus is a native Vermonter and completed his undergraduate studies at Castleton University as well as the Community College of Vermont. He joins TCE with survey experience he gained at the Vermont Agency of Transportation where he worked as a Tech Apprentice III doing fieldwork all across Vermont. TCE is excited to have another bright young surveyor on board.
