Reynolds and Son, Inc is pleased to announce the hiring of their newest employee, Phillip (PJ) Badger, who joined the Warehouse Team as a Shipping and Receiving Clerk in September.

PJ brings over 10 years of warehouse and inventory management experience in both retail and wholesale, and over 25 years of customer service. According to Reynolds President Todd Goulette, “PJ’s depth of knowledge is a huge asset as we continue to achieve bold 2020 goals, focused on helping customers save money and run operations as smoothly as possible.”

The volunteers of Big Heavy World have brought a cultural prize home to Vermont: Recognition for having the Best Global Music Office. The winners for the first-ever Music Cities Awards were announced during the live ceremony on 23 September 2020. 250 global music cities professionals attended the first-ever Music Cities Awards Ceremony. Held as a fully virtual event in the new Music Cities Community platform due to COVID-19, the Ceremony was made up of nine individual webinars, one for each award category, with the award winner announced at the end of each talk.

In July of 2020, Terje Anderson announced that he would be stepping down from his position as Party Chair due to health issues. Anderson served as chair from 2017 to 2020.

The Vermont Democratic Party is honored to announce the election of the new Party Chair, Bruce Olsson, who was elected unanimously by the Vermont Democratic State Committee on September 10th. Olsson is a resident of Elmore, Vermont and is currently the Chair of the Lamoille County Democratic Committee.

The Okemo Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce (OVRCC) recently hosted their 11th Annual Golf Tournament at the Crown Point Country Club (CPCC). Winners of the Tournament are:
