Grace Cottage food service manager receives national award
Grace Cottage Family Health & Hospital Food Service Manager Denise Choleva was named the Certified Dietary Manager of the Month for November by the National Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals (ANFP). Choleva joined the Grace Cottage food service staff 22 years ago and has managed the department since 2002. She has been a member of ANFP since 2001. Choleva started her career training as a child, helping her grandmother with her catering business. She studied culinary arts at Franklin County Technical School (Turners Falls, MA).
