Norwich University President Mark C. Anarumo and Commandant of Cadets Col. Michael Titus announced that Matthew Cutting of Niskayuna, New York, has been selected to serve as the 2021-22 Regimental Commander, the highest-ranking cadet of Norwich University’s Corps of Cadets (NUCC).
Cutting, a criminal justice major, is contracted with the U.S. Army and is serving as the Company 1st Sergeant for Cadet Training Company 1 in the Corps of Cadets. He has served on the Junior Ring Committee and is a member of the Mountain and Cold Weather Company.
