NBT welcomes Rendall to commercial banking team

NBT Bank Vermont Regional President Dan Werme announced Katherine Rendall joined NBT as Vice President and Commercial Banking Relationship Manager. She is based at NBT’s Vermont Regional Headquarters at 150 Bank Street, Burlington, VT.

Davidson, payroll coordinator, named as MAHHC April Employee of the Month

Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center (MAHHC) has announced that Marcia Davidson, Payroll Coordinator, has been chosen as Employee of the Month for April, 2021. The monthly award recognizes employees who have demonstrated sustained service excellence in their respective departments and have displayed compassion, a caring approach, and continuous hard work within their community.

As a Payroll Coordinator, Davidson is responsible for all tasks relating to payroll processing, calculating wages, detailing earnings, and preparing paychecks and deposits.

Region I – Young New Professional of the Year

At the recent Annual IAIP Region I Conference held virtually, Audrey Macie was announced the winner of the Region I – Young New Professional of the Year Award for 2021. Audrey works as the Operations Manager at Noyle W. Johnson Insurance Group in Montpelier, VT. Since joining the Vermont Association of Insurance Professionals Audrey has been very active on the local & regional levels. She has been the meeting/planning chair and fundraising chair on the local level. She was the Co-Chair for the 2014 Region 1 Conference hosted by VTAIP & CVAIP.

Norwich University English professor earns spot in Senior Leadership Academy

Norwich University English Professor Lea Williams has earned a spot in the 2021-22 Council of Independent Colleges and the American Academic Leadership Institute’s Senior Leadership Academy, a nationally competitive program.

Williams is one of 41 participants chosen to participate in this program, which is designed to offer mid-level leaders at independent colleges and universities leadership training for future promotions in cabinet-level positions.
