Otter Creek Engineering, a civil/environmental consulting engineering firm, today announced the opening of a new office at 93 South Main Street, Suite 203A in West Lebanon, New Hampshire. As principal engineers Craig Jewett, P.E. and Brent F. Rakowski, P.E. are licensed in both New Hampshire and Vermont, it was a logical next step in the growth of the company.
